Technical Specialist (CMMS Product Manager) » Melbourne, VIC - management of all work activities undertaken at Road Safety Camera Sites. What you will do As technical specialist ( product • Tue, 15 Sep • Corrections Victoria • AU$116413 - 140849 per year | GTM Data Product Specialist » Melbourne, Melbourne Region - Job Description We have a progressive, high-performing, and intellectually curious workforce. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a sharp, empathetic GTM Data Product Specialist to step into a full-time role, build instant trust with our leaders, and help us navigate complex people dynamics with a cool head. What You'll Actually Do PaperCut is building toward a decentralized data mesh - domains owning and producing their own data as a product, rather than one central team owning everything. GTM will be one of the first domains stepping into that model, and as GTM’s Data Product Specialists within the Commercial Operations team, you’re the person who makes that ownership real, not a central analytics team fielding requests. You’ll start from GTM’s biggest unsolved data and process problems, not from report requests. You’ll decide what “good data” looks like for Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success, build the few things that actually move those problems, and change how the domain works with data so people aren’t waiting on you for every answer. Support Strategic Planning & Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership on annual planning, revenue forecasting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and overall global GTM strategy. Optimize Sales Processes & Automation: Streamline GTM workflows by turning data into an accessible product, applying AI tools and automation to reduce manual friction, and designing sales incentive/commission structures with leadership. Own GTM’s data agenda: Identify and prioritize the 2-3 data or process problems doing the most damage to pipeline, forecast accuracy, or GTM efficiency, and drive them to resolution, not just visibility. Drive Reporting & Performance Analytics: Use AI, SQL and data analysis tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, building actionable dashboards and reports that track sales trends, KPIs, and help course-correct performance. Manage Tech Stack & Data Governance: Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate sales systems, maintain strict data quality controls, monitor data flows, and create team training/documentation to boost tool adoption. Own GTM’s Semantic Layer: Define the entities, relationships, freshness requirements, and ownership for GTM’s core data objects (pipeline, funnel, forecast) so they mean the same thing everywhere they’re used - the foundation piece other domains will follow. Assess AI and Agent Data Readiness: Before any AI tool or agent touches GTM data, evaluate whether it’s actually fit for that use case - clean, governed, and traceable - rather than letting automation run on data nobody’s validated. What You Bring to the Table We respect expertise, give you autonomy, and value solutions over rigid rules. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, warehousing concepts, and hands-on experience using analytical tools to maintain data governance and troubleshoot quality issues. Influence & Change: Proven ability to change how a team works with data - not just report to them, but get them to adopt new practices, even without direct authority. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong capability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to deliver end-to-end operational solutions. Problem-Solving Mindset: Excellent analytical capacity to transform raw data into clear growth strategies and actionable business insights. • Fri, 18 Sep • PaperCut Software | Customer Service/Product Specialist » Springvale, Greater Dandenong - Job Description We're looking for a hands-on Customer Service & Product Specialist to join our small, high-performing team. Reporting to the Product Specialist Coordinator, this role will focus on installation, commissioning, and continued • Fri, 11 Sep • Epiroc | Level 3 Application Engineering / Product Specialist, Officer » Melbourne, Melbourne Region - Role Summary The Level 3 Product Technical Support Engineer, Officer, is the advanced escalation layer for the most complex CRIMS technical, functional, and operational issues. Where Level 2 restores service using known procedures, L3 diagnoses the unknown — owning root-cause analysis, defect recreation, workaround design, and the technical bridge into Product Engineering and QA. The role pairs deep domain expertise with sharp diagnostic instinct and the composure to handle the “sensitive,” high-visibility situations that shape how clients perceive CRD’s ability to resolve their problems. Primary Objective Diagnose complex technical problems, determine true root cause, and distinguish software defects from configuration, data, operational, or infrastructure faults — resolving through technical expertise or packaging the issue cleanly for Engineering. Key Responsibilities Sev1 leadership — Provide technical leadership on critical incidents, coordinating across Support, SaaS Ops, DevOps, and Infrastructure. Advanced troubleshooting — Perform deep technical troubleshooting across logs, database state, configuration, and performance behaviour to isolate failures, quantify scope, and determine whether the issue is caused by data, configuration, code, integration, infrastructure, or environmental conditions. Troubleshooting evidence pack — Capture and interpret application and integration logs, SQL/database analysis, configuration comparisons, and performance investigation findings so escalations to Engineering are fact-based, reproducible, and actionable. Root-cause analysis — Conduct structured RCA and classify each issue as a configuration, operational, infrastructure, or software defect. Defect recreation — Partner with QA teams to reproduce defects in lower environments to validate findings before escalation. Workaround design — Engineer viable workarounds that minimise interruption to time-sensitive trading functions. Escalation ownership — Handle escalations from L2 where no Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) exists, root cause is unknown, or deep technical expertise is required. Engineering liaison — Create and manage Jira defects and enhancement requests, support hotfix deployment, and meet with Product Engineering to feed back significant operational issues and prioritise non-functional requirements (NFRs). Operational uplift — Define monitoring requirements and operational controls, author runbooks for L2, and review recurring incidents to drive systemic improvement. New-product readiness — Act as an entry point for new product introduction to Operations infrastructure, flagging deployment and operability risks. Skills & Experience 4 years in application or production support with genuine L3 ownership in Financial Technology / Services Sector. Demonstrated history of solving complex technical problems with a strong analytical mindset. Hands-on SQL and sound grasp of relational-database fundamentals; scripting ability (SQL, etc.) for task automation. Financial-services / investment-management / trading-systems experience — CRIMS strongly preferred. Observability tooling exposure (e.g. Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds) advantageous; C#/.Net or Java familiarity a plus. Communication skills to translate complex problems into both technical and business terms; equally credible with portfolio managers, traders, and engineers. Management-level thinking — perceptive to situational nuance and able to see the larger picture of an issue. B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline. In Australia, our paediatric business represents the highly regarded R82 and Convaid brands, supporting children and young people across seating, mobility, standing, walking, toileting and bathing. We are looking for a Product Specialist (PS) – Paediatric Assistive Technology to take ownership of an established Sydney territory covering Sydney North, North-West and adjoining parts of Western Sydney. Your mission Your mission is to grow Etac's paediatric business across your territory by becoming a trusted product and commercial partner to clinicians and customers. You will develop existing accounts, create new opportunities and deliver an excellent customer experience from product education and trials through to fitting and follow-up. The role As Product Specialist, you will own sales growth and customer relationships for Etac's paediatric portfolio across your territory. This is a hands-on, field-based commercial role with a strong clinical and technical dimension. You will spend much of your time in the field, meeting clinicians and customers, conducting product demonstrations and equipment trials, and helping identify solutions based on each child's functional requirements and goals. This is not transactional selling. Success comes from curiosity, credibility and the ability to combine clinical understanding with commercial drive. You will report directly to Andrew McDonald, Managing Director, and play a key role in the product specialist team. Your key responsibilities Grow sales across your territory by developing existing accounts, identifying new customers and proactively managing your sales pipeline. Build strong relationships with therapists, rehabilitation professionals, hospitals, schools, disability organisations and other key stakeholders. Provide credible product expertise through demonstrations, trials, presentations, education and training. Guide customers through the product journey, from configuration and quotation through to fitting, delivery and follow-up. Develop deep expertise in the R82 and Convaid portfolio and its clinical applications within the NDIS environment. Stay close to customer needs, competitors and market developments, representing Etac at relevant industry events. You will work closely with Etac's Product, Customer Service, Technical Service and broader sales teams to provide a high standard of customer support. Your profile You are comfortable operating at the intersection of people, clinical needs and commercial outcomes. You listen before recommending, build credibility with healthcare professionals and enjoy turning relationships and opportunities into results. You may already be an experienced assistive technology or medical-device salesperson. Alternatively, you may be an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, nurse or other allied health professional ready to move into an industry-based commercial role. We are particularly interested in: Experience in assistive technology, medical devices, rehabilitation, disability or healthcare, either commercially or clinically. Experience with paediatrics, seating, positioning, mobility or complex equipment prescription is highly regarded. Demonstrated ability or potential in consultative sales, account management and business development. Understanding of the NDIS and assistive technology funding and prescription process is highly regarded. A relevant allied health qualification is advantageous, but not essential. A current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
