Revit Project Coordinator » Australia - This is a strong stepping-stone role for someone who is already trusted with coordination and delivery, but wants more exposure to project leadership before taking full ownership of a job. You’ll work as the 2IC to a Project Leader across large-scale multi-residential developments and private aged care residences in NSW. The role will give you much broader involvement than a pure documentation position, with responsibility across consultant coordination, Revit documentation, project information, programme tracking, technical resolution and day-to-day team support. You’ll be helping keep complex projects moving through design development, tender and construction, coordinating structural, services and specialist consultants, reviewing incoming information, resolving documentation issues and supporting the Project Leader with client communication and project priorities. You’ll also be involved in maintaining drawing quality, managing coordination across packages and making sure technical information is properly resolved before it reaches site. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys the delivery side of architecture and is ready to take the next step towards Project Leader level, but wants to build that experience in a structured environment rather than being expected to run everything alone from day one. What makes this one worth considering: • Genuine pathway towards Project Leader level • Work on large and significant multi-residential projects across NSW • Build specialist exposure in private aged care and seniors living • Broader involvement in client, consultant and project decision-making • Strong long-term pipeline and career stability • Opportunity to grow within a business that has a track record of internal progression • International and domestic study trips • 1 day WFH flexibility • Active and social studio environment About the company This is an established international architecture and design practice with more than 30 years of experience and a strong reputation across multi-residential, seniors living and aged care. The Sydney studio works on substantial residential and later-living projects throughout NSW, supported by broader international experience and specialist knowledge across architecture, interiors and master planning. The business is in a growth phase and has been investing in future leaders, with clear progression opportunities for people who want to build towards senior project and management positions over time. Project Coordinator » Balranald, Murray-Darling Area - Site Based | Balranald , NSW Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) from Melbourne Permanent Position | 8:6 R oster lluka Resources is a leading global producer of the critical minerals zircon and high-grade titanium dioxide feedstocks (rutile and synthetic rutile). Iluka has also established a significant position in rare earths. As an international supplier of critical minerals, Iluka’s products are used in an array of applications including technology, construction, medical, lifestyle and industrial uses. As the world moves towards a smarter, safer and sustainable future, Iluka’s high quality products are increasing in demand. Our people are the foundation of our business and are vital to our success now and into the future. Iluka offers an empowering and inclusive work environment that is as diverse as the communities in which we operate . About the location Iluka’s Balranald operation is located in the Riverina district of southwestern New South Wales. The development is focused on the rutile and zircon rich West Balranald deposit, which also contains material quantities of rare earth minerals. Owing to its relative depth (approximately 60 metres below surface), Iluka has over several years assessed the potential to develop West Balranald via a novel, remotely operated , underground mining (UGM) technology. Iluka’s UGM technology is akin to keyhole surgery for the mining of critical minerals. This enables access to ore bodies previously thought uneconomic, with marked reductions in both environmental disturbance and carbon intensity relative to traditional mineral sands extraction techniques, which are themselves less impactful than other commodities. You can choose to reside locally, drive-in drive-out from towns within the regional area, or fly-in fly-out from Melbourne. For South Australian residents we will mobilise you via road transport from our Iluka office in Adelaide. You can find out about our Balranald operation through the following link: Balranald - Resource Development | Iluka Resources About the role We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at our Balranald operation.
