Product Manager, Apps » Sydney, Sydney Region - Howdy, we’re Heidi “The AI startup growing faster than Canva” That’s what the Financial Review called us. In 18 months, we supported over 73 million patient visits and become one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. We pivoted from broad healthcare AI to building Earth’s finest AI Care Partner. Today, we support over 2 million patient sessions weekly across 116 countries and over 110 languages. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians use Heidi to complete documentation. Our mission is simple: strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare. We’ve found product-market fit with individual clinicians through our freemium medical scribe, transforming unstructured clinical visits into structured text artefacts. Clinicians and organizations quite like it. Now, we embark upon consuming more than just documentation. Every new job a clinician delegates to Heidi makes patients feel more attended to, cleans up health system logjams, and lets clinicians be clinicians again. That’s where you come in. The role We’re looking for a Product Manager who obsesses over the surfaces clinicians touch hundreds of times per day. Someone who believes consumer-grade craft belongs in B2B software. You will own Heidi’s client platforms (iOS, Android, and desktop) that over 200,000 clinicians use daily. Every interaction, every millisecond of latency, every pixel matters when clinicians are mid-consultation with patients. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and platform teams to continuously raise the bar on quality and reliability across every surface. This role will be based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office. We don’t care about logos; the traditional insignia of competence. We’ll evaluate senior well-credentialed candidates and young, hungry hopefuls alike. What you’ll do Own product strategy and roadmap for Heidi’s client platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop), setting clear goals and being held accountable to achieving them Obsess over performance; every frame drop, every loading spinner, every crash is personal to you Navigate platform constraints and opportunities across iOS, Android, and Electron, knowing when to build native vs cross-platform Own mobile monetisation strategy including App Store T&Cs, onboarding optimisation, and payment pathways Think native-first: leverage iOS/Android platform capabilities (Bluetooth, native calling, camera, clipboard) for clinician workflows Ship meaningful improvements by working closely with engineering and design, understanding that small changes affect millions of sessions weekly Partner with hardware teams on design-engineering tradeoffs when software meets device (wearables, ambient surfaces) Sweat the details that separate good software from beloved software; microinteractions most PMs wouldn’t notice Maintain high standards for issue-tracking hygiene, design system consistency, and team shipping practices Build strong relationships with Apple, Google, and platform teams to stay ahead of OS changes If we’d worked together the last 6 weeks, you’d have: Fixed a customer-reported crash and had them re-engage with the app within the week Run a beta with 3-4 customer testers, gathered real feedback on IA/UX, and iterated based on what you learned Identified a platform-specific problem (iOS tracking gap, Android performance regression) and created a clear remediation path Started a project on your own initiative to improve mobile monetisation discovery Submitted a code fix yourself when you got frustrated waiting (Swift tweak, Android feedback merged) What you’ll need BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related) 4 years shipping consumer products across mobile and desktop, though we care more about what you’ve built than time served A romantic streak about software and a belief that great design transforms someone’s day Deep platform fluency with opinions about when to diverge vs converge across iOS and Android Performance obsession; you’ve profiled apps, optimised render loops, and know what causes jank Consumer product craft in B2B contexts where you refused to compromise on polish You build with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, whatever ships faster) and can show what you’ve made with them Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation) and the judgment to translate these into reliable, user-facing products You default to building over requesting Strong opinions, weakly held; you’ll shift the room when you’re right Data fluency with diagnostic teeth; you can read Amplitude dashboards and diagnose platform-specific problems If you answer ‘NO’ to these questions, this may not be the job for you: Are you an execution powerhouse? Have you shipped something this week? Are you good at games? Did you have a weird teenage hobby? Are you able to execute without a legion of data analysts, product marketers, and research coordinators at your beck and call? Does the prospect of making health systems a lot nicer make you feel fuzzy inside? Why Heidi? Our health systems hurt everybody. Systems are log-jammed, clinicians' lives degrade in quality, and patients churn through the meat-grinder. This is neither a special nor interesting insight. However, it means we're solving a real problem. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians use Heidi. Every clinician using Heidi gets hours back in their day. This is the starting point to build the product of your dreams: immense distribution, and a world of potential. You'll join a team that doesn't celebrate fundraise milestones, imaginary valuations, and glossy PR. We live and breathe the pain of modern health systems, and won't rest until we've exacted the change we'd like to see. We're medicos, engineers, and designers who've felt (on every side of the equation) what non-care feels like - the moral and practical toll as a provider or receiver. The bad news is it's not an easy job - you will tear your hair out more than once. Modern technology company concepts don't transpose into healthcare easily. The lows are really low. The good news is you will trust and admire everybody you work with, and rest easy knowing you're doing THE defining work of your career. The highs are blindingly high. Heidi will take care of you . We offer a $1,000 annual learning and development budget, a $150/month health and wellness allowance, a $500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to $10,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we don't track hours or micromanage - you're trusted to perform. We value mental health and adapt to your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally. • Thu, 17 SepHeidi

Product Operations » Sydney, Sydney Region - Howdy, we’re Heidi “The AI startup growing faster than Canva” That’s what the Financial Review called us. About the role Six months ago Product Operations did not exist at Heidi. It is now the function that keeps planning, reporting, change control and launches moving across every product team here. A detail that gets dropped in planning becomes a clinician's problem on a night shift, which is why the process matters. The function is proven. It is also six months old, which means most of what it becomes hasn't been built yet. You'll be the second person in Product Ops. You'll work directly alongside our Product Engineering Leadership team. You'll own a real slice of the function from day one: rituals, product reporting, intake, change requests, launch coordination. Where there's no playbook, you write it. Where there's a bad one, you replace it. Your collaborators are engineers, PMs, designers, compliance, CS and commercial across Australia, the UK and the USA with the company growing fast This is a doing job. You'll be handed problems that arrive unshaped. Work out what's actually wrong, find the people who care, agree on something, then build the thing and keep it running. You'll have someone to sanity-check the approach with but you won't be waiting on them to start. Plenty of this is still undefined, including parts of the role itself, and we'll figure that out together. The priority right now is helping our teams deliver, not building a perfect Product Ops function. You'll get to decide what's worth structuring and what can stay scrappy, which is the fun part. Six months from now, a real set of how Product Ops works at Heidi could be yours. What you'll do Take an ambiguous problem (a broken process, a missing system, a stakeholder complaint) and own it end to end: scope it, find the right people, propose a fix, deliver it. without needing it handed to you pre-solved. Help support & improve Heidi's product operating rituals: planning cycles, standups, forums, retros, reporting. Build automations that connects our tools (Linear, Slack, Canny and others) so information flows without manual updating Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support and Commercial to unblock execution and close the gap between what teams think is happening and what's actually happening. Own process hygiene in your area: consistent reporting formats, clear change-request paths, decisions tracked somewhere findable. If you'd been here the last 6 weeks, you might have Helped automate a product intake pipeline using our various tools (Linear, Slack, Canny, and others) Helped plan and execute a team event Redesigned a company-wide reporting ritual from scratch after realizing the old format wasn't hitting the mark Consolidated a dozen-plus scattered feedback/bug channels into a single intake funnel with clear triage stages Designed and rolled out a new resourcing/headcount request process with clear approval gates, replacing an ad hoc one Facilitated a cross-functional workshop to get product, engineering, and commercial aligned ahead of a major launch What we're looking for You finish things. You're the person people trust with a messy problem because it comes back solved, not escalated. You're comfortable with ambiguity and you don't need a spec to start. You can walk into a problem with six stakeholders and no owner, and walk out with a decision and a date. Experience in product operations, program management, product management, business operations inside a Agile Product team. You build lightweight systems that stick. You've automated something manual, and you know the difference between a process that helps and a process that just creates work. You're comfortable working across timezones. Strong cross-team reach - you can walk into a room (or a timezone-shifted call) with people you don't report to and get them moving in the same direction. Deep alignment with Heidi's mission of building tools that meaningfully improve how clinicians work. Experience with Linear, Canny, Canva or other similar tools If you answer ‘NO’ to these questions, this may not be the job for you: Are you an execution powerhouse? • Sat, 05 SepHeidi

Quantitative Analyst - Prediction Markets » Australia - Quantitative Analyst — Prediction Markets About Moreton Capital Partners Moreton Capital Partners (MCP) is a CFTC regulated systematic, technology-first investment manager trading across commodities, alternative markets, and emerging data-rich asset classes. We combine quantitative modelling, agentic AI, and deep domain expertise to build strategies with durable, uncorrelated alpha. We are building a dedicated prediction markets fund and are looking for a Quantitative Analyst to own the research function within that team. This is a ground-up role: you will have genuine ownership of the work, direct access to senior decision-makers, and the opportunity to see your models run live in a real portfolio. The Role As Quantitative Analyst, you will drive the research process that underpins our prediction markets trading strategies. You will develop alpha signals, build and validate models, and work closely with our traders and engineers to take research from idea to live deployment. You will own projects end to end — from data ingestion and exploratory analysis through to implementation, testing, and performance monitoring. We operate across a broad event universe including professional sports, macroeconomics, geopolitics, climate, and financial markets. Research breadth and the ability to develop domain expertise quickly are assets here. Responsibilities Conduct rigorous quantitative research to identify new alpha signals across prediction market categories — sports, macro, political, financial, and environmental events. Own the end-to-end research process in close collaboration with the Portfolio Manager: data sourcing and ingestion, exploratory analysis, methodology design, implementation, backtesting, and live performance evaluation. Build and maintain data pipelines drawing on alternative and traditional data sources — market microstructure, public resolution data, news and sentiment feeds, sports analytics databases, and fundamental datasets. Develop and improve models for fair value estimation, calibration analysis, and systematic strategy construction. Extend and improve MCP's internal research platform — tools, libraries, and workflows that make the whole team faster and more rigorous. Maintain a systematic review of the academic and practitioner literature on prediction markets, sports analytics, Bayesian forecasting, and related fields. Produce clear, structured research outputs — documented methodology, performance attribution, and actionable recommendations — that can be directly used by traders. Requirements Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a strong institution in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations research, financial engineering, or a closely related quantitative field. Strong Python skills: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and experience building backtesting or research frameworks from scratch. Solid foundation in statistics, probability, time-series analysis, and machine learning — with the ability to apply these rigorously rather than just use libraries. Demonstrated interest in prediction markets — personal trading, research, protocol analysis, or equivalent engagement. We expect you to know these platforms well. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a research workstream, not just execute tasks handed to you. Bonus Points For Two or more years of experience in a data-driven research environment with a focus on model development and forecasting — though we will consider exceptional candidates at earlier career stages. Familiarity with Polymarket and/or Kalshi platform mechanics, resolution data, and API access. Experience with NLP, sentiment analysis, or unstructured data processing applied to financial or event-driven contexts. Comfort with agentic AI frameworks and LLM-based research tooling — MCP is actively investing in this area. Knowledge of Bayesian methods and their application to probability calibration and forecast updating. Experience with blockchain data or on-chain analytics tools relevant to decentralised prediction market platforms. Who Thrives Here The best Quantitative Analysts at MCP combine academic rigour with genuine curiosity — they read papers because they want to, follow market resolutions because they are interesting, and build things outside of work because they cannot help it. We value intellectual honesty, the ability to kill your own ideas when the data says so, and the drive to turn good research into production-quality work. This role is well suited to a researcher who wants to see their work actually trade. Every model you build has a clear path to live deployment, and you will have direct visibility into how your research performs in the market. How to Apply Send your CV and a cover letter that demonstrates your genuine engagement with prediction markets and quantitative research. Portfolio Manager - Prediction Markets » Australia - Portfolio Manager — Prediction Markets About Moreton Capital Partners Moreton Capital Partners (MCP) is a CFTC regulated systematic, technology-first investment manager trading across commodities, alternative markets, and emerging data-rich asset classes. We combine quantitative modelling, agentic AI, and deep domain expertise to build strategies with durable, uncorrelated alpha. Prediction markets are one of the firm's high-conviction growth areas. We are building a dedicated strategy, partnering and trading on world leading event contract platforms, and are hiring an experienced Portfolio Manager to help lead it. The Role This is a senior leadership position for MCP's prediction markets strategy. You will run the investment process end to end: strategy, portfolio construction, risk management, and performance. You will build and lead a global team of traders, and you will work closely with MCP's quant research and engineering functions to develop proprietary models and infrastructure that compound our edge over time. We are looking for someone who has operated a real book — who understands market microstructure, manages drawdowns with discipline, and knows how to extract consistent expectancy from volatile, event-resolution-driven markets. This is not a research role that touches a portfolio occasionally; you are accountable for P&L. Key Responsibilities Own the prediction markets P&L. Set strategy, manage risk limits, oversee position sizing, and ensure the portfolio operates within defined drawdown and exposure parameters at all times across all traders. Lead the full investment process: idea generation, model validation, live execution, post-trade analysis, and systematic improvement cycles. Build and manage a team of traders and analysts. Set research priorities, review work rigorously, and develop talent. Define and evolve MCP's edge across strategy types: market making, cross-platform arbitrage, event-driven momentum, statistical modelling on correlated contracts, and alternative data signal development. Work with engineering to spec and prioritise infrastructure: execution systems, data pipelines, monitoring tools, and low-latency order management. Contribute to investor reporting and, where relevant, capital raising — articulating the strategy's edge, risk profile, and performance clearly to institutional audiences. Requirements Significant experience managing a live quantitative or event-driven trading portfolio with genuine P&L accountability — not just advisory or model-development roles. Demonstrated edge in prediction markets, binary event trading, options, or closely related event-resolution domains. Strong quantitative foundation: probability, Bayesian inference, statistical modelling, and portfolio construction. Experience managing or mentoring junior trading professionals. Clear, substantive engagement with the prediction markets ecosystem — platforms, mechanics, recent resolutions, structural inefficiencies. We will probe this in depth. Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in a quantitative discipline. Bonus Points For Experience operating on Polymarket, Kalshi, or equivalent platforms at meaningful scale. Background in systematic commodity, macro, or multi-asset trading — our core competency and an area of genuine cross-pollination with prediction markets. Familiarity with the analytics and data ecosystems around professional sports and major real-world event categories (politics, macroeconomics, climate). Experience with blockchain/DeFi infrastructure relevant to on-chain prediction market platforms. Prior involvement in fund-level processes: investor relations, risk reporting, or strategy documentation. How to Apply Send your CV and a covering note that speaks specifically to your prediction markets experience — strategies you have run, edges you have identified, how you think about managing risk in thin event-resolution-driven markets, and why this opportunity is the right next step for you. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Strong candidates will have a strategy discussion with MCP's senior team, followed by a detailed investment process review. Benefits Competitive base salary, meaningful performance-linked upside, and participation in MCP's broader success. Structure and quantum discussed at the offer stage with the right candidate. • Sun, 30 AugMoreton Capital Partners
