Our mission is to simplify construction through shared visibility. Customers love Timescapes because it helps them stay on schedule, validate construction claims and communicate progress more effectively. We're used by some of the largest construction firms across Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States. It's a fast, intuitive platform that gives site teams continuous visibility of what's actually happening on the ground. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business from a named target account list in order to meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly revenue quota. This will include both new logo customer acquisition and revenue expansion within existing accounts, primarily focused on Tier 1 & 2 general contractors with projects in Queensland. In addition to selling into individual project teams, you'll focus on multi-threading relationships beyond a single project contact, engaging senior and regional project leadership, and developing the account planning discipline that eventually supports company-wide adoption. You'll work closely with Customer Success to ensure the success of individual projects as you grow your accounts. Specific Roles & Responsibilities Business Development & Strategic Prospecting: Proactively identify, prospect and self-source new projects within a named list of large, complex target accounts (Tier 1 & 2 General Contractors and/or Owners/Developers), with a heavy initial focus on winning first projects within new logo accounts that align with our Ideal Customer Profile. Account Expansion & Multi-Threading: Grow Timescapes' footprint within your accounts by identifying additional projects and upsell opportunities, and by building relationships with multiple stakeholders across project teams and senior/regional leadership – not relying on a single point of contact. Relationship Building Toward Strategic Accounts: Begin cultivating the deeper, longer-term relationships and head-office awareness laying the groundwork for future Enterprise Wide Agreement conversations as accounts mature. Sales Process & Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline across both short-term project-based and more complex, longer sales cycles, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities and effectively executing each sales stage from initial contact through to close. Forecasting & Target Achievement: Provide accurate sales forecasts and consistently work towards meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly activity, funnel and revenue targets and KPIs. CRM Management & Data Quality: Leverage AI tools to accurately maintain and update all sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline information within the CRM (Hubspot) to ensure data integrity, facilitate reporting and support accurate sales forecasting. Industry Knowledge & Networking: Stay current with industry trends, challenges and players across the Australian construction industry. Attend industry events to build connections and uncover opportunities. Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and construction personas, from Project Managers through to senior/regional project leadership. Growth & Mentorship: Actively pursue development including shadowing, account planning frameworks and exposure to enterprise deal structuring – and support the development of more junior Account Executives where appropriate. Proven success managing mid-market to enterprise sales cycles, including more complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Demonstrated ability – or clear aptitude and appetite – to build relationships beyond a single point of contact, with genuine interest in progressing toward enterprise agreements. Solid understanding of sales methodologies and qualification frameworks such as BANT. Experience and competence leveraging the CRM and wider sales tech stack to support and enable your sales success. Bonus Points Experience engaging with construction stakeholders across multiple levels, including Project Managers and senior/regional project leadership. Existing network and industry connections within the Australian construction sector, particularly Tier 1 & 2 general contractors. Early exposure to account planning, enterprise agreements, or managing a portfolio of strategic accounts. To create value for them, we need to first understand them really well. Act with intent Great outcomes aren't achieved by accident, but rather through thoughtful and deliberate action. We think critically, and everything that we do, we do for a reason. 1% better every day While reliability is important, it can also make us complacent. Relentless and rapid improvement is essential if we want to earn the right to keep growing our business. What seems like a small improvement each day compounds over time. However, we don't shy away from complexity, and we accept that achieving simplicity requires intense effort. • Fri, 04 Sep • Timescapes | Senior Account Executive - Strata » Brisbane, QLD - . We are the industry leader, growing rapidly, and backed by more than $25 million from leading investors, including Quiet Capital, Shine Capital, and General Catalyst. Every year, hundreds of billions of dollars in crop value are lost because critical farming decisions are made using incomplete and imprecise data. We’re building the technology to change that. Our AI-powered camera systems mount to tractors and scan millions of trees, vines, and plants, capturing precise data on yield estimates, fruit size, crop health, disease, and more. We train edge vision AI models that analyze every plant and determine exactly what interventions and treatments it needs. That intelligence flows into FruitScope OS, our farm-management platform, where growers can understand their crops, make better decisions, and direct operations in the field. Today, Orchard’s technology is trusted by some of our nation’s largest farms. They use our products to grow higher-quality crops while reducing chemical use and operating costs, helping them farm more profitably and sustainably than ever before. Our Culture: Unshakeable Resilience – Our customers feed millions of people, and our customers depend on us. We are ultra-hardworking, never give up, and we do whatever it takes. Always Keep Moving – We move fast, waste no time, and have an extreme bias towards action. Progress compounds every day, and our impact is measured in decades. Improve Everything – At 1% success, we save millions of pounds of food from going to waste. If we are 100% successful we will impact the lives of billions of people across the world. Farmers First – Every team member spends at least a few days in the fields with our farmers each month No Job Beneath Us – We’re low ego, own every outcome, and are all working towards the same goal. The Role: We’re hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to build and own a geographic territory serving major growers, farm-management companies, institutional landowners, and other large agricultural operations. You will own the full sales cycle: from prospecting, developing value cases, and structuring pilots, to closing deals and expanding multi-region accounts. Success requires understanding how customers make crop decisions, demonstrating the value of our industry-leading technology, and building trust with both field teams and executives. This is a high-ownership role that is pivotal to our mission: Orchard will provide leading technology, proven customer results, strong enablement, and direct leadership access; you will create pipeline, close large deals, and deliver revenue. If you're an ambitious sales executive driven by the challenge of bringing cutting-edge technology to every farm, we'd love to meet you. What You’ll Own Own and grow an enterprise territory representing 100,000 serviceable acres, and close high-stakes, high-value deals. Generate pipeline through industry relationships, targeted outbound prospecting, and industry events. Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and in-field demos through ROI development, negotiation, and close. Build trusted relationships with farm managers, agronomists, executives, and technical stakeholders. Maintain accurate forecasts, disciplined CRM management, and seamless handoffs to deployment operations and customer success. Represent Orchard at industry events, trade shows, and in-field demos. Help shape our pricing, product strategy, and market positioning as Orchard scales. What We Look For You must have prior agriculture or ag-tech sales experience (ideally 3-7 years). This means both real grounding in agriculture (growing, agronomy, ag equipment, ag inputs, or packhouse operations) AND a proven sales track record. You should be able to walk a block with the grower and speak their language. Proven success closing six-figure contracts with enterprise buyers. Traditional financing options are slow, cumbersome and often out of reach. That's why we built Wayflyer. Our technology allows us to assess businesses in minutes, generate financing offers that reflect their growth potential and send funds in as little as 24 hours. To date, we've deployed over $6bn to thousands of businesses worldwide, backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. Morgan. You'll be collaborating with ambitious colleagues from around the world. We have offices in Dublin, London, New York, Charlotte, Berlin and Sydney. The challenge There are thousands of businesses in Australia growing fast and hitting the same wall - they need capital, and traditional lenders are too slow, too rigid, or simply not interested. We've already deployed over $6bn to growing businesses like these. The opportunity in front of us is significant, and we need people who can capitalise on it. What you'll actually do You'll own the full sales cycle from sourcing your own leads to closing deals with some of the most exciting consumer brands on the market. You'll run in-depth discovery calls using MEDDPICC, work closely with our underwriting team to move fast without cutting corners, and negotiate deals that genuinely work for both sides. You'll have a dedicated BDR alongside you, but you won't wait around for a full pipeline to land in your lap. The best AEs here source relentlessly, close confidently, and treat their customers like business partners, not transactions. Top performers are hitting ~200% of target. That's not a boast. It's a signal of what’s possible. What this role could turn into Account Executives at Wayflyer tend to grow in one of two directions - first on the ground in one of our emerging verticals, or into team leadership as we scale. We're building out the Australian market seriously, which means the people who perform here will have real options. We'd rather promote from within than hire from outside, and our track record reflects that. Who thrives here You've worked a full sales cycle before, and you didn't just hit your number; you understood exactly why you hit it and what to do differently when you didn't. You source your own pipeline without being asked, and you don't wait for perfect conditions to start. You're energised by ambiguity, not paralysed by it. You push deals forward when others would wait for a signal. When a sceptical founder pushes back, you lean in. You've been told "no" and come back with a better question. You care about e-commerce and small business growth, not as a line on a cover letter, but as a genuine reason you want this job. We hire for range Full sales cycle experience in SaaS or FinTech is essential, ideally with time spent as an outbound BDR/SDR, you know what it takes to build a pipeline from scratch, not just work it. A consistent track record of exceeding targets matters more than tenure. Resilience shows up in your history: you've had a bad quarter, figured out why, and bounced back stronger. MEDDPICC familiarity is a plus. Startup or scale-up experience helps; the pace here is real, the playbook is still being written, and we need people who see that as an opportunity, not a risk. Location and working policy Sydney, hybrid (3-4 days per week in the office) The good stuff 25 days off, plus public holidays. Private healthcare, life insurance, and pension. Equity - because you should own a piece of what you're building. Generous parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers. 60 days a year to work abroad from wherever you want.
