You’ll ideally bring: Current or recent Store Manager experience within fashion, apparel, sportswear or another high-volume retail environment Proven experience managing high stock volumes, deliveries and replenishment within a fast-paced store Previous DFO or outlet retail experience is highly regarded A strong track record of achieving commercial KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops Strong people leadership skills with the confidence to recruit, coach, mentor and motivate a team Experience managing visual merchandising and maintaining strong brand standards An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail A vibrant, energetic and authentic leadership style WHY PVH?
