Producer, Social & Influencer » South Coogee, Eastern Suburbs - PRODUCER, SOCIAL & INFLUENCER | EMOTIVE PRODUCTIONS Hello! We are Emotive. An independent creative agency and production company that exists to create ideas that change how people feel, built on the belief that the more strongly an idea makes people feel, the more attention it generates and the more commercial impact it earns. Founded in 2015 and based in Coogee, Sydney, Emotive brings creative and production together under one roof, where ideas and making stay as one and earned impact is built in from the start. Emotive Productions is the making side of Emotive: the production company built on a simple belief, that the best work happens when the idea and the making stay as one. Five connected pillars, Motion & Static, AI Production, Events and Experiences, Branded Entertainment and Influencer Co-Production, one continuous process, and everything we make is made to be felt. Led by General Manager Hayley-Ritz Pelling, it works with Emotive Creative Agency and directly with clients who want their idea made stronger, not just made. It takes a certain kind of person to make people feel. Four values describe that person: Emotional Intelligence. We read feeling first. Honesty. We say what we feel. Ambition. We push for stronger feeling. Fun. If we don’t feel it, no-one will. We work hard, care deeply and leave our egos at the door. If you want to create meaningful work surrounded by good humans who love what they do, you’ll feel at home here. You are… An Integrated Producer with a background in social first content, you help turn ambitious creative ideas into work people can feel. Sitting at the intersection of creativity, craft and commerciality, you work closely with creative and account management to shape ideas that are both ambitious and achievable. Roughly 80% of this role sits in two places: producing social-first shoots and producing influencer and creator work end-to-end . The other 20% is upskilling into bigger shoots and integrated led campaigns. For social first shoots, you will work closely with creators from Emotive’s content roster as part of the creative team. We are looking for someone who cares deeply about the craft of social content and can operate at the speed of culture. For influencer and creator work, our Earned team lands the deal around the core idea, casting talent and negotiating the commercial arrangement. You take it from there, working with agents once talent is attached, bringing the idea to life, briefing influencer shooters and keeping the creative team closely involved throughout. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and on set, you bring energy, care and a solutions mindset to every production. Whether you’re supporting production partners on a large-scale campaign or line producing a smaller end-to-end shoot yourself, you help create calm, solve problems before they surface and ensure every detail is delivered to a high standard. You don’t simply deliver projects – you look for ways to make them, and the way we work, better. More about you: …a growing strategic partner You partner with creatives from the early stages of an idea, helping shape concepts that are both creatively ambitious and productionally achievable. You’re building your understanding of integrated campaigns and what it takes to deliver work seamlessly across every channel. You help build rollout matrices, production approaches and delivery plans that ensure ideas are executed consistently, efficiently and with impact. You’re building trusted relationships with directors, photographers, editors, makers, AI artists, influencer talent agents and specialist production partners, learning to curate the right talent to elevate every piece of work. …a hands-on driver of delivery You lead smaller projects from scope and estimate through to shoot, post-production and final delivery, and support senior producers on larger, more complex productions. You create clear production plans, realistic timelines and detailed budgets that set teams up for success. You’re also comfortable supporting productions on set alongside directors, crews, clients and internal teams. You thrive in complexity, bringing calm, clarity and solutions when timelines tighten and priorities shift. …commercially curious You understand that outstanding production is built on both creative excellence and commercial discipline. You scope work, build accurate budgets and liaise with suppliers, growing your commercial acumen and financial management skills with every project. You’re developing an eye for maximising value at every budget level while protecting the quality and integrity of the creative idea. …a champion of craft You care deeply about how the work is made, not just that it gets made. You can line produce shoots, post-production and finishing with a meticulous eye for detail. You understand production workflows across film, content, digital, influencer, creator content and post-production, with growing exposure to experiential and emerging technologies, ensuring every detail is considered from concept through to final delivery. You are curious about what’s next, embracing AI, evolving production models and smarter ways of working that elevate creativity without compromising craft. …emotionally intelligent and collaborative You act with humility, composure and emotional intelligence. You communicate openly, practise Radical Candour and build trusted relationships across creative, client service and specialist teams. You create confidence in the people around you through your organisation, calm presence and growing sense of ownership. You make the room better. …a trusted hand with talent and creators You bring strong production administration and coordination skills, acting as the key liaison between clients, talent and creator agents, and internal teams. You manage content direction, amendments, review and approval processes, delivery and reporting, so nothing slips between the deal being landed and the work going live. You pick up influencer and creator projects once the Earned team has the talent attached and the commercial arrangement agreed, then take them end-to-end. You brief influencer shooters, keep the creative team close throughout, and hold the line on the idea while working within what talent, platform and contract allow. You understand that creator work runs on trust as much as process. You give agents and talent a producer who is organised, clear and easy to deal with, which is what gets you the second and third collaboration. Knowledge & skills We expect you will bring: 3-5 years’ hands-on experience producing social-first and/or influencer/creator content A growing understanding of integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with an interest in rollout planning and asset delivery as the role expands. Confidence supporting, and where needed leading, productions on set alongside clients, directors, crews, production partners and internal teams. Experience line producing smaller, social-first and influencer/creator, end-to-end productions from concept through to final delivery. Strong production administration and coordination skills, acting as a key liaison between clients, talent/creator agents and internal teams to manage content direction, amendments, review and approval processes, delivery and reporting Strong digital production capability, with curiosity for AI-enabled workflows and emerging production technologies. Solid understanding of end-to-end production across film, social, digital and post-production, with exposure to experiential is considered a strong plus. Growing commercial acumen, including exposure to budgeting, estimating, supplier negotiation and cost management. Ability and desire to step and production manage or production coordinate on the bigger shoots Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to collaborate and build relationships at every level, including with talent and their agents. A genuine hunger to learn, optimise how we work and help produce great work as part of a close-knit production team. Comfortable working alongside a small, fractional collective of social shooter/editors and motion graphics artists as part of the wider delivery team. A few of our perks Be part of a proudly independent, caring and highly awarded team. Enjoy a unique office space right on Coogee Beach. Enjoy a hybrid office structure with flexible working entitlements (up to x2 days working from home). Receive monthly mobile phone reimbursements. Enjoy a fully stocked on-site ‘Dive Bar’, with lunch provision every Tuesday. Celebrate your birthday by having it off on us. A place that invests in your growth, confidence, craft and wellbeing.
