Our Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in telling our story, strengthening engagement with current and prospective families and ensuring our marketing reflects the children, educators, families and communities within our services. The role also supports Making Education, our professional learning business delivering training and development to the early childhood sector. About the Role We are seeking an experienced, creative and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and deliver marketing activities across KingKids and Making Education. This hands-on role combines digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, market research, brand management, data analysis and stakeholder engagement. You'll regularly engage with our early learning services, Centre Directors, educators and management team to understand each community and turn stories, insights and opportunities into meaningful marketing. You'll manage organic social media, paid Meta and Google campaigns, resources, signage, merchandise, website content and performance reporting. Through Making Education, you'll also create marketing that engages educators, leaders and early childhood services with professional learning opportunities. We're looking for someone who understands the early childhood environment and can communicate effectively with families and professionals while meeting child safety, privacy and professional responsibilities. You'll understand that marketing to a family choosing an early learning service differs from marketing professional development to an educator or leader, and can adapt your communication accordingly. You'll confidently take ownership of your work, bring ideas to the table, implement them and use results to determine what comes next. While the role has no direct reports, leadership qualities are important. You'll need to positively engage and motivate teams across our organisations to participate in marketing initiatives. What You'll Bring Registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia , including a current or eligible practising certificate. Minimum 3 years' post-graduation nursing experience . Demonstrated clinical competence and experience within the relevant area of nursing practice. Experience providing clinical education, supervision or mentoring to nursing staff and/or students. Strong understanding of contemporary nursing practice, legislation and clinical governance requirements. Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
