The Opportunity: The Post-Doctoral Fellow (Level A) is expected to contribute towards the research effort of UNSW and to develop their research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to their particular field of research. Proven experience in establishing and developing R&D facilities, including characterisation equipment and testing infrastructure. Strong track record in the physical characterisation of perovskite single-junction and tandem solar cells, including, but not limited to, electrical, optical, and morphological characterisation. Strong background and technical expertise in stability testing and failure analysis of perovskite single junction and tandem solar cells. Extensive hands-on experience in the fabrication and processing of perovskite single-junction and tandem solar cells. Experience in physical modelling of perovskite single-junction and tandem solar cells is preferred. Proven commitment to proactively keeping up to date with discipline knowledge and developments. Demonstrated ability to undertake high-quality academic research and conduct independent research with limited supervision.
