Coordinate diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage the Legal team's inboxes, including monitoring, prioritizing and directing correspondence as required. Coordinate and administer document signing processes and workflows. Ensure documents and information are accurately filed and readily accessible. Identify opportunities to use AI tools and technology to improve administrative processes, streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Provide general administrative support to the Legal team as required, helping with day-to-day matters and team coordination. Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisers, customers and other contacts in a professional manner. What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, reliable and detail-focused, with the ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities. You will ideally have: Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Company Secretarial Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role Experience supporting a legal, professional services or corporate environment. Strong document preparation, formatting and proofreading skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel, as well as experience using and administering SharePoint An interest in using AI tools and digital solutions that can improve processes and efficiency.
