We process payments, power marketplaces, disburse payroll and loans, provide KYC solutions, prevent fraud, and help businesses grow exponentially. We serve our customers by providing a suite of world-class APIs, eCommerce platform integrations, and easy to use applications for individual entrepreneurs, SMEs, and enterprises alike. Our main focus is building the most advanced payment rails for Southeast Asia, with a clear goal in mind — to make payments across and within SEA simple, secure and easy for everyone. We serve thousands of businesses ranging from SMEs to multinational enterprises, and process millions of transactions monthly. We’ve been growing rapidly since our inception in 2015, onboarding hundreds of new customers every month, and backed by global top-10 VCs . We’re proud to be featured on among the fastest growing companies by Y-Combinator . About the Team The RevOps Systems team owns Salesforce and the broader ecosystem of systems that power Xendit's revenue engine — from lead-to-cash to the tools that plug into it. As the team scales to support both net-new projects and the steady drumbeat of platform improvements, we're adding a role dedicated to keeping the Salesforce platform and all its integrated systems of actions healthy and continuously improving. About the Role This is a hands-on administrator role for all sales tools, primarily but not limited to Salesforce CRM. You'll be the day-to-day owner of the GTM platform — performing basic systems configuration yourself, and leading Continuous Improvement (CI) as a structured sprint cadence rather than an ad hoc ticket queue. You'll run CI sprint planning and prioritization, resolve declarative work directly (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, reports, permission sets), and package anything that needs custom development for our two Salesforce Engineers. You'll work closely with the CRM Transformation Lead and the Engineers, keeping the platform's ongoing enhancements moving with a predictable rhythm. This full-time position offers flexible work options (remote/hybrid) in accordance with Xendit’s current workplace policies, which may be updated from time to time based on operational requirements. Responsibilities Lead Continuous Improvement sprints: own the CI backlog and co-run it with the CRM Transformation Lead as a sprint cadence — planning, prioritization, and review — so ongoing platform enhancements have a predictable rhythm instead of ad hoc firefighting. Perform basic Salesforce configuration: build and maintain Flow Builder automation, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards. Manage other Salesforce integrated Sales tools (e.g. DealOps, Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft): to take-over the maintenance of sales tools post successful project implementation, to perform basic platform configuration, engagement with 3rd party vendor’s CSM if required during implementation of new enhancements. Triage and scope enhancement requests: intake requests from Sales, CS, Finance, and other stakeholders; resolve what's declarative yourself, and write clear specs for anything that needs the Salesforce Engineers to build. Maintain platform health: monitor data quality, user access, and adoption across Salesforce and all integrated platforms, and proactively flag risks or technical debt before they become incidents. Partner with Salesforce Engineers: keep the CI sprint board unblocked, coordinate handoffs on items that need custom development, and run UAT on what Engineering ships. Support project delivery: assist the CRM Transformation Lead and Engineers on larger project rollouts with configuration, testing, and UAT support. Maintain documentation and governance: keep configurations, processes, and decisions documented so platform knowledge doesn't live in one person's head. Minimum qualifications 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar hands-on platform administration role. Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration — Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards. Experience running or contributing to sprint-based delivery — backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retros. Comfortable triaging and prioritizing a live queue of enhancement requests from multiple stakeholders at once. Clear written and verbal communication — you can explain a configuration trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder and write a spec an engineer can build from. Comfortable operating with a small team, holding ambiguity, and making prioritization calls independently. Experience in performing systems configuration for Salesforce integrated 3rd party platforms. Comfortable and proactive in engaging 3rd party vendor CSMs when required during implementation of new enhancements. Preferred qualifications Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent hands-on experience). Experience with agile/backlog tooling (e.g. Jira, Asana, Linear) and running sprint or Kanban-style delivery cadences. Exposure to RevOps or GTM processes specifically — lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, or billing/collections workflows. Prior experience in fintech, payments, or another regulated, fast-scaling environment. Success in the First 6 Months Looks Like CI runs on a predictable sprint cadence, with a groomed backlog and visible velocity from sprint to sprint. The majority of CI tickets are resolved through direct configuration, without needing Engineer involvement. Salesforce Engineers report a measurable drop in time spent on ticket triage, freeing them to focus on project and architecture work. Configuration standards and a change log are documented and kept current. Successful take-over post deployment of integrated sales tools from the enablement wing of RevOps. • Sun, 13 Sep • Xendit | Salesforce Developer » Boomi, NSW - Overview: Quest Software is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join our Global IT team and help drive the... evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. | Lead Platform Engineer - Salesforce » Hawthorn, Boroondara Area - The role and its impact As a Platform Lead Engineer at Xero, you will partner with the Engineering Manager to set the technical vision for our Salesforce platform, then translate that vision into a clear, sequenced action plan. You'll own both the strategy and execution; setting direction in ambiguity and then delivering the plan to make it real. Your impact is measured less by features shipped and more by the leverage you create: how much safer, faster, and more reliable you make the teams that build on top of you. You'll model the standard for engineering excellence across Xero, staying hands-on while building the technical capability and development practices of every pod that depends on the platform. This is a role where you'll Go Bold by challenging the status quo of our platform architecture, and Go Together by coaching and developing engineers across multiple disciplines. The team and how they connect The Salesforce platform team provides the foundation that other engineering pods depend on to build and operate their solutions at scale. We work closely with product, security, data governance, and AI operations teams to ensure our platform is secure, performant, and ready for the next generation of capabilities. The role will focus on Technical Vision: Working with the EM to refine the technical vision for the platform, identifying the concrete steps to achieving that vision, and breaking these down to a granular level, so that these are executable by engineers in Q4 and subsequent quarters. Platform security : Own the cross-cutting security posture across the Salesforce platform, including access control frameworks, Connected Apps governance, vulnerability identification and remediation, and security vendor and tooling decisions. CI/CD and release engineering : Own the deployment pipeline and release-engineering programme across our major release cycles each year. Champion automation, ensure pipelines are fit for purpose, and improve the developer experience for engineers shipping changes. Data governance and compliance : Own the platform side of data governance, including GDPR data deletion, retention and archival strategy, and the standards pods rely on for compliant data handling. Platform monitoring and limits : Maintain and grow observability across the platform, proactively manage org limits and platform-level production risk, and prevent customer-facing problems before they occur. D360 pipeline : Own the maintenance and growth of the D360 pipeline as it relates to Salesforce, and its integration with the rest of the platform. AI operations : Set direction for the platform's emerging AI operations agenda, including agent registry, observability, and evaluation baselines, and alignment of Agentforce agents to shared standards. Shape the approach where there is no established playbook, then build the plan to deliver it. Engineering standards and enablement : Contribute to Xero's engineering standards and frameworks, and work closely with engineering leadership to apply them across the platform and the pods that build on it. Identify capabilities that need to be grown and enable delivery teams to adopt them. Where and how you can work Based in Melbourne, you'll ideally work 1 day per week in our office (typically Thursday), giving you the flexibility to focus on deep technical work whilst staying connected to the team and collaborating face-to-face on strategic initiatives. Here are some of the things we are looking for You bring technical leadership experience delivering and operating Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale, with a platform-engineering mindset—building for and enabling other engineering teams, not just end users You have depth and breadth of knowledge as a Salesforce developer. You’re interested in remaining hands-on but are comfortable with planning, and with delegating execution to a team of capable engineers. You've owned CI/CD pipelines and release-engineering modernisation across major release cycles, with hands-on experience in GitHub, SFDX, and test automation You're able to make code and design decisions across multiple teams' products and lead or facilitate discussions on application and platform architecture You have expertise in distributed systems architecture and experience scaling and hardening platforms that many teams depend on, with a proven track record in security posture ownership You bring exposure to AI and agent platforms (such as Agentforce) and understand AI operations concepts like observability and evaluation—plus the appetite to set direction in a greenfield space You understand ‘servant leadership’ and will both support and role-model a high-trust, high-performing culture. You're a strong coach and mentor who can elevate the capability of engineers across multiple disciplines whilst ensuring platform and pod work meets Xero's engineering standards Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team. • Thu, 10 Sep • Xero | Salesforce Nonprofit Solution Architect » New South Wales - Job Overview: As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will own the solution architecture and architectural integrity... of Salesforce solutions from pre-sales through to delivery. A fantastic opportunity to own and grow the Salesforce platform that powers experiences across Qantas. Full-time and permanent position based at our new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide. Join Qantas at our brand-new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide and take ownership of one of our most important internal platforms. The Platform Manager – Salesforce owns the strategic vision for the Salesforce platform at Qantas, organises the backlog and owns its day-to-day management, ensuring it is stable, secure, scalable and fit for purpose for product teams to develop on. Working closely with other Product Managers, Engineers and Enterprise Architecture, the Platform Manager - Salesforce acts as a technical steward, overseeing platform lifecycle management, governing configuration and extension patterns, and ensuring platforms are consumable, reusable and designed for self-service across the organisation. This is a leadership and ownership role, distinct from the hands-on technical lead sitting within the squad – you’ll be technically astute and know Salesforce in depth, but your focus will be on the platform’s value, reuse and direction, influencing how other squads build rather than controlling their backlogs directly. Your role will look to maximise value from the platform, advocating for its use and identifying new opportunities for existing or future users within Qantas. Set the guardrails – standards, patterns, access and security controls – that keep the platform secure, scalable and maintainable. Influence the direction other squads take towards reusable, secure solutions, providing the tools, patterns and oversight. Manage Salesforce’s mandatory release cycles and global configuration, managing all platform dependencies. Build a strong network with the squads building on the platform, keeping delivery rhythms in sync and dependencies visible. Champion the platform across Qantas – raising awareness of what it can do, finding new opportunities to put it to work, and maximising value from out-of-the-box capabilities. Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and any third-party vendors, including expectations, performance and service improvement. Own platform operational performance outcomes and act as escalation point for high-priority incidents The ideal candidate will bring: Typically, 7–10 years in platform, systems or technology management roles Hands-on experience with Salesforce (must-have), ideally Service and/or Sales Cloud and a strong sense of how to extract value from the platform. Demonstrated experience managing vendors and/or working in hybrid delivery environment (managed services alongside internal persistent teams) Experience with delivering platform outcomes within regulated environment and strict cyber security standards. A platform-as-a-product mindset – treating internal teams as your customers and caring about reuse, consistency and ease of use. Experience owning and prioritising platform backlogs, balancing delivery needs with stability, technical debt and security risk. Experience defining and applying platform governance, standards, guardrails and approved configuration patterns. Demonstrated experience overseeing platform reliability, performance, security, compliance, upgrades and release governance. Excellent communication skills, skilled at managing stakeholders and third-party vendors (including expectations, SLAs, performance and service improvement). Headquartered in Melbourne with a global footprint spanning the UK, Cyprus, and Bulgaria, we build the high-performance infrastructure that connects the world to CFD markets - reliably, securely and with precision. Eightcap is looking for a Salesforce Lead to own our Salesforce platform end to end. This is a hands-on role, roughly 70% building, configuring and developing, 30% leading a small team and shaping where the platform goes next. You'll sit at the centre of the business. Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Legal & Compliance and Finance all run on Salesforce, and you'll be the person they come to when they need something built, fixed, automated or rethought. That means translating business problems into clean platform solutions, debating when a request isn't the right answer, and keeping the organisation from turning into technical debt. We're also investing in Salesforce Voice / Service Cloud Voice as the backbone of our contact centre, so there's real greenfield work alongside the day-to-day. Aligning this to our Agentforce work is one of the top priorities. As the Salesforce Lead, you will: Own the Salesforce roadmap alongside the CTO: prioritise, sequence and communicate what's coming and why. Lead, mentor and grow a team of 2–3 admins/developers; set standards for release management, documentation and code quality. Build it yourself: declarative configuration, Flow, Apex, LWC, integrations and data modelling. Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, Legal & Compliance and Finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions that actually get adopted. Design, deploy and optimise Service Cloud Voice / Salesforce Voice for our contact centre — routing, telephony integration, agent experience, call analytics. Keep the platform compliant and audit-ready: permissions, data access, retention, and controls that satisfy Legal & Compliance in a regulated financial services environment. Manage the release cycle, sandbox strategy and third-party AppExchange/vendor relationships. Monitor org health, technical debt and licence utilisation, and make the case for change when it's needed. Requirements Essential: 5 years working on Salesforce, including significant time as a senior administrator or technical lead. Strong Apex, SOQL and Flow skills — you can build, review and debug production code. Deep administration capability: security model, sharing, data management, deployment tooling. Experience leading or mentoring other Salesforce professionals. Track record working directly with multiple business functions and translating their needs into a coherent platform, not a pile of one-off requests. Salesforce Voice / Service Cloud Voice or contact centre platform experience (CTI, omni-channel routing, telephony integration). Comfortable planning: roadmaps, estimates, trade-offs, and explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications. Nice to have: Financial services, fintech, trading or other regulated industry background. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing (Cloud and/or thirdparty) and Experience Cloud exposure. CI/CD for Salesforce (Gearset). Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer II, or Application/System Architect certifications. Integration experience with middleware, APIs or data platforms. Benefits What's it like to work at Eightcap? We have built a performance-driven environment where you're given the autonomy to drive change and the accountability to own the results. We provide a space for the ambitious, adaptable and collaborative to deliver outcomes that fuel our success while building the skills and experience that defines a career. We also support you through: Ongoing investment in your career development, including technical and professional training. Wellness and lifestyle perks, such as monthly corporate massages. Drinks every Friday at 4pm. Parental leave entitlements. Staff referral bonus programme. Annual flu vaccinations. Purchased leave. Novated leasing options for vehicle financing and management. A great CBD location with easy access to public transport. A multicultural, collaborative and supportive team culture. Being part of exciting new projects for the company. Regular social activities. • Fri, 28 Aug • Eightcap | Salesforce Security & Identity SME » Melbourne, Melbourne Region - Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Security & Identity SME to work closely with Cyber Security and Salesforce Application teams to strengthen security controls across the Salesforce environment.
