Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure efficient and seamless service. Assist with functions, events and other hotel culinary operations as required. About You Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or currently working towards the qualification. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step. Experience working in a hotel, restaurant or similar fast-paced kitchen environment.
