Allclass is an independent, family-owned Queensland business with more than 30 years of history and a strong reputation within the machinery and equipment industry. As an authorised Kubota and Merlo dealer, we operate across a growing branch network throughout Queensland, supporting our customers across Sales, Parts and Service. As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping our future. Based at our Wacol head office and reporting directly to the Directors, this is not a CFO role focused solely on reporting the numbers. We are looking for a strategic business partner who can interpret them, challenge them and use them to influence what happens next. The Opportunity As CFO, you will provide strategic financial and commercial leadership across the Group, ensuring our Directors and leaders have the insight, systems, controls and advice they need to make informed decisions. You will take executive responsibility for financial strategy, planning and forecasting, cash flow and working capital, reporting, taxation, treasury and financing, risk, legal and regulatory compliance, insurance, governance and the overall leadership of the Finance & Legal function. Importantly, you will work closely with operational leaders across the business. You will understand what drives performance at branch and department level, identify opportunities to improve margins and profitability, and help translate strategy into meaningful financial and operational outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence not only how we manage the business today, but how we build it for tomorrow. What You’ll Be Doing Your remit will be broad, with responsibility for: Partnering with the Directors and Executive Leadership Team on financial strategy, commercial decisions and business performance. Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the organisation. Providing meaningful analysis of performance across branches, departments and business activities – moving beyond reporting results to understanding why they occurred and what we can do about them. Maintaining strong oversight of cash flow, liquidity, working capital, inventory investment and financing arrangements. Strengthening financial governance, internal controls and commercial risk management. Overseeing taxation, statutory reporting, audit, insurance, legal and regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Leading and developing the Finance & Legal Team, building capability, accountability and succession. Supporting investment decisions, new locations, strategic partnerships, acquisitions and other growth opportunities. Driving improvements in financial systems, reporting, automation, data quality and business intelligence. Working collaboratively with operational leaders to improve revenue, margins, productivity, cost management and return on investment. The scope extends well beyond traditional finance leadership, including enterprise risk, contracts, insurance, corporate governance and company secretarial responsibilities. What We’re Looking For We are looking for an experienced finance leader who is equally comfortable around the executive table, working through a financial model or sitting with an operational manager to understand what’s really happening in their business. You will bring: A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline. Current CPA, CA ANZ or equivalent recognised professional qualification. Significant senior financial leadership experience, ideally as a CFO, Financial Controller, Head of Finance or similar. Strong capability across financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, management reporting and governance. Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance teams. Strong commercial acumen and operational business partnering capability. The confidence to constructively challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders. An ability to translate complex financial information into practical, commercially focused advice. Experience identifying and managing business risk and working effectively with external legal and professional advisers. A genuine interest in systems, automation, data and continuous improvement. Experience within a dealership, machinery, automotive, equipment, distribution or other asset and inventory-intensive environment would be highly regarded, as would experience within a multi-site business and exposure to acquisitions, expansion, ERP improvements or business intelligence systems. Why Allclass? This is an opportunity to join an established Queensland business at an exciting point in its evolution. We have the foundations of a successful business, an experienced leadership team and ambitious plans for the future. We are continuing to invest in our people, systems, technology, processes and branch network – and our CFO will have an important voice in determining where we go next. You’ll have the opportunity to: Influence strategy. Challenge thinking. Improve performance. Build capability. And help shape the future of the business. If you’re an accomplished finance leader looking for a CFO opportunity where you can have a genuine impact beyond the finance function, we’d love to hear from you. Commercial Operations Manager » Middle Park, Port Phillip - About Triskele Labs Triskele Labs is an Australian sovereign, independent, founder owned cybersecurity business on a journey to be a leading provider of cybersecurity services done properly, built on purpose, culture and mission. We have pivoted into Government, Corporate and Enterprise while continuing to support our mid-market clients. That shift has changed our commercial work. We now negotiate on customer paper, respond to formal tenders, hold government panel arrangements and manage a growing vendor base. We need someone to own that work properly. The opportunity This is a newly created role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Contracts, MSAs and vendor agreements are currently progressed by our executive team alongside everything else they do. Nobody owns the process end to end, and work that should be systematic is not. You will be that owner. From the moment a contract arrives to the moment it renews, it is yours. This is a commercial appointment, not a legal one. We retain external counsel for genuine legal judgement. You will work to a defined playbook, agreed with our lawyers, that gives you real authority on liability caps, payment terms, indemnities and the clauses that arise every week. You escalate what genuinely warrants it and close out the rest yourself. What you will own Contract review and negotiation. First reviewer on every inbound customer contract, MSA, statement of work and variation. Direct negotiation with customer procurement and legal teams. Redlining counterparty paper and driving it to execution. The contract register. A complete view of every agreement we hold, with terms, notice periods, renewal windows and price escalation clauses tracked and actioned ahead of time. Entitlements and margin support. Translating what we sign into what we owe, and handing that to delivery and finance. This work feeds directly into cost to serve and margin analysis alongside our Financial Controller. Bids and assurance. Returnable schedules, compliance matrices, customer security questionnaires, third party risk assessments, and our government panel and prequalification arrangements. Procurement. Vendor, supplier, reseller and subcontractor agreements, including negotiation, renewals and ensuring customer obligations flow down correctly. Governance. Operating the delegation of authority, supporting deal desk decisions, and reporting on contract cycle time, renewal exposure and vendor spend. Requirements About you Five or more years in commercial contract management, contract administration, procurement or commercial operations Demonstrated experience negotiating MSAs and services agreements directly with counterparty procurement and legal teams, rather than administering agreements reached by others Working command of the clauses that matter: limitation of liability, indemnities, intellectual property, warranties, termination, data protection and confidentiality Experience owning a contract register and renewal cycle at volume The confidence to hold a commercial position under internal pressure, including from senior stakeholders Highly regarded Technology, managed services, professional services or cybersecurity background Australian government procurement, panel arrangements or prequalification experience Security questionnaires, third party risk or assurance framework experience Tender and bid response experience Contract lifecycle management tooling implementation Please note: this is not a legal appointment and does not involve providing legal advice. Candidates seeking a pathway to in house counsel are not the right fit for this role. Why this role You are building the function rather than maintaining it. There is no predecessor's system to work around. You will define how this operates and then run it. You will also see across the whole business. Contracts, procurement, bids, vendors and margin all pass through this seat, which makes it a strong platform into commercial leadership. Applying Apply through SEEK with your CV. If you would like to tell us about a negotiation you are proud of, we would rather read that than a standard cover letter. Address this to Rob Barry, Chief Operations Officer. Applications without this will not be considered. Triskele Labs is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds. • Wed, 09 SepTriskele Labs

Chief Financial Officer » Melbourne, Melbourne Region - Fast growing Australian manufacturer A genuine mandate to shape the systems, the team and the margin Board-facing role in a well-established family business success story The opportunity SVC Civil Products, a Melbourne-based civil products manufacturer with a history dating back to 1948, has completed a major acquisition. With a turnover exceeding $40m and a clear trajectory beyond $50m, it is consolidating and growing from a position of strength. To support this, the business now seeks its first Chief Financial Officer; an elevated, Board-facing role created to lead the financial integration of the acquired business, bring rigour and discipline to an enlarged balance sheet, and capture the substantial margin upside the combined group presents. This is a build-and-transform mandate, not a stewardship role. The incoming CFO will have the explicit backing of the Managing Director and Board to put their stamp on the function; reshaping systems, processes and team structure, and doing things differently where a better result can be had. Helpfully, both businesses operate on the same platform, with finance systems being brought together, providing a strong foundation for the work ahead. The company Established in 1948 and now in its third generation of family ownership, SVC Civil Products is one of Victoria’s enduring manufacturing success stories. From its base in Melbourne’s south-east, the company manufactures and supplies precast concrete and third-party products across three areas: civil and infrastructure products, including pits, access covers, grates, pipes, kerbs and drainage; Anston Urbanware and streetscape products for public spaces; and Anston pavers. Its products are specified and trusted by civil design engineers, planners, landscape architects and contractors across the State. The group pairs its operating business with substantial property holdings, giving it a balance-sheet strength and long-term horizon few businesses of its size enjoy. While proudly family-owned, SVC is professionally run. Led by an experienced Managing Director, the company has deliberately invested in governance maturity as it has grown. The recent acquisition of a direct competitor, the boldest move in its history, signals a business with the confidence and capital to keep growing. It is, in short, a company that combines the pace and pragmatism of private ownership with the discipline of much larger organisations. The role Reporting to the Managing Director and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will lead an eight-member finance and administration function, with four direct reports spanning finance, commercial analysis and cost accounting, data and reporting, and supply chain. Key accountabilities include: Leading the financial integration of the newly acquired business; Board reporting, analysis and trusted strategic advice; Budgeting, forecasting and banking covenant discipline; Margin leadership, product costing and pricing support; Foreign exchange and input-cost risk management, including forward cover; Working capital, cash and treasury management; Governance, internal controls, compliance and enterprise financial risk; Reshaping the finance team’s structure, systems and processes to match the enlarged business. The candidate Qualifications and experience Degree qualified in accounting, finance or commerce, with CA/CPA or equivalent qualification highly regarded; Senior financial leadership experience in a complex, multi-entity business; Proven experience leading the financial integration of an acquired business; Background in manufacturing, industrial products or building materials preferred; Demonstrated exposure to Boards and Executive Leadership Teams; Experience managing input-cost and foreign exchange exposures, including hedging or forward purchasing; Strong command of management and statutory reporting, controls and compliance; The person High-level financial expertise, high emotional intelligence, with a proven track record of developing teams; Energised rather than daunted by change, with an appetite to do things differently; Credible in the boardroom, yet hands-on enough to stay close to a team of eight; Commercially sharp, with the ability to turn financial insight into business decisions; Well organised and highly articulate communicator, who can relate at all levels of the organisation.
