In this important frontline role, you will provide high-quality, confidential and responsive administrative support to clients, staff and visitors across Community Health services in the Eyre and Far North region. You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties, including reception and client enquiries, appointment coordination, records and information management, data entry, correspondence, office systems and general administrative support. Reporting to the Program Manager Business Support, you will work closely with colleagues across the Community Health team and contribute to the efficient delivery of services that support our community. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional reception and administrative support, responding to client and visitor enquiries and coordinating appointments and referrals. Maintain accurate and confidential records, information systems and administrative processes in line with relevant policies and procedures. Support the efficient day-to-day operation of Community Health services through activities such as correspondence, data entry, records management, ordering supplies and coordinating room and equipment bookings. Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement, quality activities, workplace safety and a welcoming, culturally respectful environment. Who Are We Looking For?
