The Senior Service Engineer – Large Scale Utility Projects will be responsible for supplying troubleshooting support to the Field Service Technicians and supporting SMA’s Large-scale Customers to achieve their hold point requirements. The Senior Service Engineer – Large Scale Utility Projects is the interface between Australia local service functions and HQ for the resolution of complex technical issues and where required supports in the correct application and technical specification of SMA Large Scale solutions. The tasks of this role include the following: Provide electrical engineering support to SMAs utility-scale customers during hold-point tests; Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot solar central inverters, plant controllers, string inverters, and BESS systems across utility-scale projects.
