Sr. Marketing Manager, Australia » Australia - What You’ll Do: List building & marketing partnerships Grow Foundant's Australian marketable list through multipronged organic, paid, and partnership-driven channels. Drive and hit monthly MQL targets. Identify, pitch, and manage co-marketing and channel partnerships with sector associations, philanthropy networks, associations and philantrophy “influencers” as well as complementary vendors to extend Foundant’s reach and awareness across the country. Events on the ground Plan and run in-person events across Australia — from small roundtables, lunch and learns, webinars, to larger panels and conference presences — end to end (venue, logistics, speakers, promotion, follow-up). Represent Foundant as needed at relevant industry conferences and sector gatherings. Content & demand generation Develop demand-generation content specific to the Australian philanthropic sector: webinars, panels, reports, and blog posts. Either write this content directly or manage freelance/contract writers to produce it, depending on volume and specialization needed. Repurpose and localize existing Foundant content (US/UK) for the Australian market and voice where appropriate. Coordinate with the US-based marketing team on campaign timing, assets, and performance reporting. Identify Australian clients for case studies. Digital and Website Build up Foundant's Australian LinkedIn following through targeted, locally relevant content. Maintain light, timely coverage of the Foundant website for the Australian market during Australian business hours. Work with the digital marketing manager on keyword strategy for paid search and Google Ads targeting the Australian market. Support lead generation and conversion through SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization) for Australian search and AI-assistant visibility. What You’ll Need: 7 years of marketing experience, across different disciplines, with a significant portion working independently, building a sector, launching into a market and building a list (not just as part of a large in-house team). Background in marketing for tech/SaaS. A demand-gen-first mindset: you default to thinking in terms of pipeline and list growth, and treat every piece of content, event, or partnership as a lead-generation opportunity. Strong writing and editorial skills — able to write compelling publication-ready emails, content and to brief, edit, and manage other writers. Strong product marketing skills. Able to take the positioning of the products and translate them, and new releases, to specific markets and sectors. Experience building and executing in-person events, ideally in Australia or a similar market. Comfort working autonomously across a broad remit, prioritizing across list growth, partnerships, events, and content. Familiarity with demand-generation fundamentals (campaigns, lead capture, webinars) and reporting on results. Nice to have Existing relationships within the Australian philanthropic or grantmaking ecosystem or a keen interest. Experience in marketing in the philanthropic/nonprofit sector. Experience with grant management or fundraising software, or adjacent nonprofit tech Prior experience standing up a market presence from scratch (rather than scaling an existing one). Freelance Healthcare Technology Thought Leadership Writer » Sydney, NSW - We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Whitepaper Writer - Healthcare & Technology specialising in healthcare • Tue, 08 SepHire Digital Corporation
Global Communications Ops Manager » Sydney, Sydney Region - We’re Heidi. We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. In just 18 months, our clinical AI products have absorbed the administrative chaos of 73 million patient visits. Today, we support over 2.5 million patient sessions a week across 190 countries. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s healthcare capacity and strengthen the human connection at its heart. We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again. If you don’t choose easy and you want to build something way bigger than yourself then, choose the challenge, choose Heidi. A bit about the Communications team We're the voice of Heidi to the outside world, responsible for building and protecting our reputation. We turn what's happening inside the company into impactful stories that land with media, clinicians, patients and the world. We work across markets, turning our global narratives into highly localised stories, whether its press releases, thought leadership or internal messaging. We move fast, but we think long and hard. Our Communications team is small but mighty. We manage big strategic global projects, from market launches to major product announcements, but we’re also responsible for the unexpected ad-hoc tasks that come from working across a 600-person global team. You will be the person to help us triage each request, and who steps back to see how it fits into the bigger picture. The role We're looking for an operations expert to help scale the Communications team's impact across a fast-growing company. You'll bring order to the team’s workload and own the workflows that keep our messaging consistent, both internally and externally, across the team and our biggest stakeholders, customers and the public. You're the operational backbone that lets the team focus on delivering the message. Your job is to build the frameworks that let Comms think ahead to the next 6 months, not just get through the week. Reporting into the Head of Comms, this is a hands-on role for someone who loves a good story, but gets just as much satisfaction from building the machine that gets it out the door. What you’ll do Own the operating rhythm Own end-to-end ops: build cadences, trackers and meeting rhythms; refine reporting and alignment rituals so the right people get the right info at the right time. Keep daily work, review cycles and deadlines moving, and turn comms plans into action. Comms output product & quality Anything going out under Heidi's name moves through you. From intake through to release, you’ll check everything against regulatory and brand standards before it ships. You’ll bring sharp editorial judgment grounded in strong media relations and writing craft. Capacity management You know what the team has capacity for and what should wait. When priorities collide, you make the call. Manage our partners Have oversight over the budgets and delivery frameworks for PR agencies, vendors and partners. Be the connective tissue The link between comms, brand, field and product marketing teams. Coordinating cross-company projects and flagging issues early; translating commercial and clinical updates into a comms plan people can act on. Systems & metrics If something happens twice, you build the template. You know how to use AI tools to move faster, and you track performance against the goals we've set, but keep iterating as Heidi grows. What we’re looking for 5–8 years' experience in business operations, communications strategy or consulting within a fast-scaling tech environment Proven ability to step into ambiguous operational challenges and structure clear, scalable systems Comfort using data to validate the efficiency of communication channels and programs Experience partnering directly with executive leadership, founders and cross-border teams A strong affinity for turning dry metrics or long documentation into clear, visual internal storytelling Experience in a scaleup, agency or in-house comms team Proven experience managing external partners such as PR agencies, freelance writers and media contacts Calm under pressure and excellent at managing multiple priorities in fast-moving environments, including live news cycles Strong systems thinker with a do once, build it properly mindset Strong experience using project management tools to manage comms workflows, ideally Linear and Notion Clear, confident internal communicator Genuinely strong editorial judgment and care for accuracy Proactive, accountable and highly organized Comfortable using AI tools to move faster, or excited to learn How we show up Build for the next decade, not next quarter . Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism. Lead, don't wait . We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that. Follow the evidence . Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford. Own the outcome . Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander. Ship, measure, go again . A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless. Live in clinicians' reality . Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it. Why Heidi? You’ll join a team focused on real-world impact over imaginary valuations and glossy PR. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we’d like to see. We’re medicos, engineers, builders, and designers who’ve felt the moral and practical toll of what non-care feels like. True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally. Building what we’re building isn’t always easy. But we didn’t choose easy, we chose to build something that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognise that the deeper question isn’t whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it. The work is hard, but you will trust and admire the people you work beside, and rest easy knowing you’re doing the defining work of your career. We take care of you. We offer a $1,000 annual learning and development budget, a $150/month health and wellness allowance, a $500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to $10,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity. • Sun, 06 SepHeidi
