The Opportunity This is a highly commercial role where you will partner closely with customers to drive sustainable sales, volume and profit growth, while increasing the distribution and visibility of our brands across the market. You’ll combine strong account management and commercial capability with a hands-on approach to building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning customer and market insights into action. Reporting into the sales leadership team, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key distributor and customer relationships, with responsibilities including: Deliver agreed sales, volume, profit and overall business growth targets through effective account and P&L management. Develop, negotiate and execute joint business plans aligned with customer, channel and brand strategies. Build strong, strategic relationships with distributors and key national accounts to identify opportunities for growth. Optimise trade investment and partner with customers on strategic initiatives that increase distribution, visibility and brand performance. Proactively review customer and sales performance, using data and category trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve sales and profitability. Please note, this is a 12-month contract role. What you’ll bring We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, relationship-focused and comfortable taking ownership of their accounts. Previous Account Management or National Account Management experience within FMCG, food & beverage or a related industry. Demonstrated experience managing distributor relationships . Strong commercial acumen with experience managing customer P&Ls, trade spend and profitability. A strong understanding of the HORECA, foodservice or broader out-of-home channel would be highly regarded. Strong negotiation, selling and presentation capability. The ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Why Noumi?
