We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join a community-focused organisation on a 12-month contract, providing support and services to older people living independently in their own homes. Working within the Home Care team, you will manage a client caseload, conducting assessments, developing care plans and coordinating services to support clients' independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Total potential earnings: $84,942 – $90,402 (Salary Allowances) plus additional benefits detailed below: Competitive Salary : Annual salary ranging from $84,942 to $90,402, including various allowances Remote Travel Allowance : Receive $7,500 per year, paid over fortnightly instalments.
