Triskele Labs is an Australian sovereign, independent, founder owned cybersecurity business, Melbourne CBD based, on a journey to be a leading provider of cybersecurity services done properly, built on purpose, culture and mission. We serve Government, Corporate and Enterprise clients across APRA regulated, highly regulated and public sectors while continuing to support the mid market. Our services span managed detection and response, digital forensics and incident response, penetration testing and governance, risk and compliance. We build the tools and automations that run those services ourselves, with AI at the centre of how we build, and this role is how that program gets prioritised, delivered and kept moving. The Technical Program Manager is an AI native role. Triskele Labs builds its internal tools and automations with AI doing the large majority of the work, and this role runs that program the same way: with AI as the primary instrument for analysis, planning, delivery management and reporting, and with a mandate to make the teams it works with faster. It is a forward looking, cutting edge role for someone who already works this way, not a program office role with AI added on. The role owns the internal build program: the internal tools the DevOps team builds and the automations the Workflow Automation team builds, typically five builds in flight at any time. Working closely with the CTO, the Technical Program Manager decides which tools and automations get built and in what order. From there the role owns the full lifecycle under Triskele Labs' secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC): discovery and planning with the SMEs who own the process, design with the engineers who will build it, agile delivery, testing and UAT, and implementation through to measured adoption. It is hands on. The Technical Program Manager does the business analysis on every build personally, using AI to map processes, draft and test requirements, model options, generate test plans and interrogate delivery data, and brings that same leverage to the teams. The Program Manager will be expected to travel between our facilities in Alice Springs and the local area. This position is expected to be onsite 100% and is contingent upon contract award. What You'll Do As a Program Manager (PM), you will: Experience working in 24x7 mission-critical environments supporting facilities construction, operations, and maintenance, and support services where continuous availability of facility infrastructure is essential and of the highest priority Display strong technical, programmatic and personal leadership skills Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management Responsible for the execution of the SOW within the cost and on schedule to include but not limited to: Ensuring community of support during Contractor personnel change; Interfacing Contractor Officer (CO), COTR, and Chief of Facilities; Delivery of all contract requirements; Managing subcontracts and be responsible for the performance and conduct of subcontractor personnel Strategic Oversight: Command the planning, resourcing, and execution across multiple programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business and product line strategies Financial Stewardship: Scrutinize and sanction financial frameworks and reports, maintaining the integrity of management reserves and expenditure Holistic Integration: Champion cross-functional team efforts to deliver a synchronized service that addresses every angle of the Government's requirements Risk Management: Strategize and allocate funds for risk mitigation, safeguarding project outcomes Communication: Communicate effectively with all customers, and maintain a transparent and proactive dialogue with the Government, ensuring clarity and prompt resolution of issues Customer Service: Demonstrate strong customer service skills Regulatory Adherence: Vigilantly enforce all contractual, regulatory, and compliance mandates in partnership with the contracts team Possess an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or host nation PV clearance A minimum of 10 years of prior relevant PM and Intelligence Community (IC) experience managing a large (250 person) multi-disciplinary workforce including tradesmen, engineers, warehousing personnel, and other base operating support staff Preferred Qualifications 10 years of experience in formal management, leading a team 5 years of experience working with business strategy 5 years of experience developing project execution plans, schedules, and budgets 5 years of experience supporting the Federal and/or Intelligence Community 5 years of experience with long range business plans Experience building and sustaining high performing integrated teams Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000) Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects Knowledge of U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating and executing support to special events Familiarity with 24/7/365 operational environment Ready to Make a Difference? The role sits within a project controls team, focusing on planning and scheduling for major civil projects. Main Duties: Lead and maintain project programmes and schedules for infrastructure projects. Track project progress and update schedules regularly. Support earned value management (EVM) and reporting. Assist with schedule risk analysis and forecasting. Work closely with project teams to keep plans accurate.
