Partner with National Office stakeholders to drive consistency, governance, and operational standards. Maintain oversight of regional revenue, profitability, gross margin, EBITDA, and budget performance. Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong employee engagement. About You Proven leadership experience managing multiple sites, regions, or business units. Strong commercial acumen with experience driving financial and operational performance. Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and influence leaders and high-performing teams. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement. Experience leading organisational change and strategic initiatives.
