Freight & Carrier Management Manage relationships with freight forwarders, transport providers, couriers and customs brokers. Serve as the organisation's logistics subject matter expert for international shipping, import/export requirements and customs processes. Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with import, export and customs requirements. Ensure commercial invoices, packing declarations, certificates and shipping documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements. Negotiate freight rates and service agreements while balancing service, cost and operational performance. Monitor carrier performance, freight expenditure and shipment exceptions. Develop contingency plans and lead resolution of critical delivery, transportation and customs issues. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on shipment routing, transportation options, customs considerations and international logistics best practices. Monitor changes in international transportation and trade requirements that may impact business operations. Support Strategic & Specialised Logistics Activities Lead logistics planning and execution for trade shows, exhibitions, customer demonstrations and other business-critical events. What you’ll bring: Experience Minimum 7 years' relatable experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation or supply chain operations, including domestic and international freight, customs requirements and complex shipping activities. Proven experience coordinating complex or project-based logistics activities, including trade shows, exhibitions, customer demonstrations, engineering projects and specialised shipments.
