Key Account Manager » Australia - About Tjekvik Tjekvik is one of Europe's fastest-growing automotive aftersales technology companies. We help car dealerships across Europe and Australia transform the service experience through self-service kiosk software, digital check-in, and smart key management — giving customers more control and giving dealers back their time. We work with 2,000 dealerships across 10 markets. Australia is a strategically important growth market for us, and we're investing properly in the region — which is why we're hiring our first dedicated on-the-ground commercial role there. The role This is a high-impact hybrid commercial role sitting at the intersection of account management, new business, and customer success. You'll own the relationship with some of our most important Australian dealer groups — including large, multi-site enterprise accounts — and build a pipeline of new opportunities across the market. You'll be the face of Tjekvik in Australia: on-site at dealerships, building trust with the people who use our product every day, and acting as the bridge between our customers and our product, support, and leadership teams in Europe. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a screen. What you'll be responsible for Account management Own a portfolio of key dealer group accounts, with full responsibility for retention, satisfaction, and growth. Build deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers and operational stakeholders at each account. Conduct regular on-site visits to spot issues early, drive adoption, and make sure dealers get full value from the platform. Act as the escalation point for your accounts and coordinate with our support, product, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly. New business Identify, qualify, and develop new dealer group opportunities across Australia. Manage a pipeline from first contact to signed contract, working closely with the CRO and the wider commercial team. Represent Tjekvik at industry events and in the broader market. Customer success and onboarding Lead onboarding for new sites within your accounts, making sure training is delivered properly and adoption starts strong. Monitor usage and satisfaction across your portfolio, and step in early when things aren't heading the right way. Collect and relay product feedback to help shape the roadmap for the Australian market. What we're looking for Proven experience in a B2B account management or sales role, ideally in SaaS, automotive, or technology. Automotive sector experience is required — you understand how dealerships work, who the key stakeholders are, and what matters to a Service Manager or Dealer Principal. A track record of managing and growing enterprise or multi-site accounts. Strong communication skills. You're direct, warm, and know how to have a difficult conversation when it's needed. Self-starter mentality: comfortable working autonomously across a large geography and managing your own time and priorities. Based in Australia, with a full driving licence and the willingness to travel regularly to dealer sites. What we offer The chance to build and shape Tjekvik's presence in Australia from the ground up. A competitive base salary plus performance-related bonus. Full flexibility on where you work, with a budget for travel and on-site visits. Direct access to leadership and a real voice in how we develop the Australian market. A genuinely collaborative, international team that takes the work seriously but doesn't take itself too seriously. • Sat, 05 Sep • Tjekvik Autoinnovation ApS
